The cutting of the shirt is oversized, it not only allows the shirt to keep the looseness and rebellious visually in oversized design, but also can make you look slimmer and make it look like a classic formal shirt. The silhouette may look like a straight cutting but it is not that simple since it is an INF design. It is an A-shape cutting for the bodies instead and loosen up from the armpit to the hem at a slight angle to create more space for movement. The slits on the hem on both sides make reaching the pockets on the pants easier.
We pay tribute to our beloved American artist Alex Meade, who is good at a painting technique “Trompe L’oeil” which turns 2D to 3D. She uses human body or 3D objects to be her canvas and paints these bodies or 3D objects to become a flat 2D form of art. By constantly observing the changes in light and shadow of daily fashion, and transform them into different shades of color blocks to imitate the light and shadow and details in the characters of “Grand Mother & Her Ghost”, and apply them to create a print on the garment, make you look like a come-to-life animation character when you put on the whole outfit.
